Never thought id be writting a review for a tow truck company. I was stranded on a part of the gibb river road and their whole team went out of their way to make sure i could get my vehicle to a place to be repaired and their workers also made sure i had a place to stay while working things out with insurance, accommodation and car rental. This business is made up of a team of amazing people that will help you where they can. Going above and beyond is an understatement and i am very greatfulnfor their help.Thank you to everyone at DSS transport

After contacting Sylvia late on a Friday night from Ellenbrae station on the Gibb River road after our suspension broke on our 18 month old offroad van. Sylvia organised Butch to set off straight away to get us off the road and deliver our van to their yard in Derby. The very next day. The service and kindness didn't stop there. Sylvia assisted by helping us with packing boxes so we could get the contents of the van sent down o Perth. Even though Sylvia was very busy and run off her feet, she continued to assist us with kind, patient and helpful words and act of kindness.
