Very helpfull staff

As a customer dealing with this freight organisation was an exceptionally trying experience. I was contacted by the delivery driver who was unable to deliver to my selected address despite the office confirming it was ok on the phone the day prior. The driver had no interest in trying to help me resolve the issue and was rude, unhelpful and uncooperative. Businesses are better to stick with Australia Post. I receive the majority of my deliveries via Australia Post and speaking as a customer, the service cannot be beaten.

Really professional team here, very caring, & nothing too much trouble. We even had a wardrobe that wouldn’t fit and the guys just kept trying to get it in for us, so much so that we recommended Ron and his team to 2 family members and a friend, who all used them and received the same fantastic service. So I actually tried to get into the Albany City Cabs van tonight out the front of the plaza and had to shut the door immediately. The filthy old driver was literally smoking with all windows up and soon as I tried to get in I had to shut the door. Not only is it illegal it's the most unprofessional taxi service I have ever had. Do not use these guys....TO THEIR REPLY....There must be another Albany City Cabs in Albany with the exact same name, what a coincidence? It was at night time when the plaza was shut and the bays were empty, so please don't use that as an excuse. Also, judging by all your other bad reviews and the way you respond, you do not conduct business in a professional manner and take the criticism and work to improve it, just the public's fault as far as your concerned.

Can’t thank Dane and crew enough. They got my sofa in when the original delivery guys said it was impossible. Their attitude was ‘can do’ from the get go! Hard working. Quick. Efficient. Would highly recommend.

The best south west tour out there! We had a wonderful day exploring. Ziggy was a fantastic host and very knowledgeable. Including delicious food and wine as well. Homemade scones with jam and cream made by his wife were delicious!! Thank you, we would highly recommend!

Great company, but have increased their prices exponentially for removal from the North west as with every other company. Taking advantage of the COVID situation
